Lieferando is an ordering-platform integration for MERGEPORT-connected POS systems. It supports delivery and takeaway order handling, assisted activation through Lieferando-side enablement, and direct POS routing as the standard flow.

What you need

• Complete restaurant onboarding and menu setup in Lieferando.
• Confirm the restaurant's Lieferando customer number and whether activation will be requested manually or through the automated activation request.
• Decide how item matching will be handled: External Item ID in the Lieferando tooling or a CSV handoff coordinated with support and the POS vendor.
