Leafsystems can handle unmapped order items by processing them with a default tax rate. At the end of the day, the POS shows the unmapped items and provides the option to move them to the appropriate category and/or map them to existing PLUs.
Leafsystems support all kinds of order updates, cancelations and delivery time update.
