Item Mapping
Lotus Pecas can handle unmapped order items by prompting the user to map them to existing ones upon order creation.
Status Updates
When an order is accepted, it is marked as “acceptedByPos”; when it is being processed, it is marked as “preparing”; when it is ready, it is marked as “preparing ready”, “pickedUp”, ‘inDelivery’ and “delivered” – in other words, everything that is necessary for the process.
Delivery time changes are supported as well.
