Welcome! Follow these steps to integrate your Wolt account with Mergeport and start processing orders smoothly through your POS system.
β Step 1: Set Up Your Wolt Account
Before starting the integration, make sure your Wolt setup is ready.
- Create and configure your restaurant profile at Wolt Merchant Portal.
- Ensure your Wolt shop is online and active.
π Tip: This step is mandatory before you can connect your Wolt account to Mergeport.
βοΈ Step 2 (Optional): Check POS Item IDs
This step ensures clean mapping between Wolt and your POS system.
- Check if your POS system can handle unknown items.
- If not, make sure that Item IDs in Wolt match those in your POS to avoid order rejection.
π‘ You can do this by comparing item codes manually or asking your POS provider for assistance.
π Step 3: Connect Your Wolt Account to Mergeport
- On the platform selection screen, click the Wolt logo.
- Press βLog in with Woltβ to start the authentication process.
- Sign in to Wolt and approve the connection.
- You will be redirected back to the Mergeport form to complete the integration.
π¨ No login access? You can copy the Wolt login link and send it to the restaurant owner to complete this step.
π After Integration
- Wolt is now connected. All incoming orders will be routed via Mergeport into your POS system.
- You can monitor order status and platform activity in the Mergeport Controller.
